Shimano's PD-M545 SPD clipless pedal is a great choice for riders who are bombing down dual-slalom runs, racing through BMX courses, or weaving in and out of trees on technical trails. PD-M545s have large alloy cages which act like a platform pedal. This mountain clipless pedal has a 30 degree easy entry pop-up SPD pedal body. The pedal spindle is chromed CrMo. Pedal entry is dual sided. Bearings are smooth rolling cartridge-style. The outer cage of the PD-M545 is silver with the SPD binding in black.
