- An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
- These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time (or 4:00 p.m. local time in stores and in limited locations across the country) and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail. (Not available for in-store orders if email address is not submitted.)
- Gnarly Gear's web site is operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Gnarly Gear delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
Certain Gnarly Gear items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

We take customer privacy seriously and keep customer information confidential. We do NOT share customer information with other organizations for commercial purposes.
For each visitor to our Website, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer\'s domain name and email address (when possible).
We collect the domain name and email address (when possible) of visitors to our Website, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit.
The information we collect is used to process orders timely and efficiently and/or improve the content of our Website.
Receiving Promotional Emails: If you do not want to receive promotional email from us, you can unsubscribe via link provided in any promotional email we send. Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe by sending an email with "Unsubscribe" as the subject and state that you do not want to receive promotional email from our company. The only emails you may receive after unsubscribing from our promotional emails would be actual order confirmation emails or non-promotional follow-up emails about an order placed or an inquiry initiated by you.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products, services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending email to us at the above address or writing to us at the above address. Please provide us with your exact name and address. We do not share this information with any other organization for commercial purposes.

Changed your mind? No Problem!
You may return any item with the exception of electrical parts (There are no returns on electrical parts), within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-box" condition. Keep the original shipping invoice with your return.
All returned items must be in the original protective packaging. Items that have been bent, scratched, used, or otherwise damaged are no longer in salable condition and cannot be refunded.
Returning items to Gnarly Gear is easy! Just follow these instructions:

Credits or additional charges may be applied to your credit card as follows:
If you are returning your item due to our error and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, no additional charges or credits will be applied to your credit card.
We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you. No restocking fee will apply.
If you are returning your item due to our error and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once the return item(s) are received. No restocking fee will apply.
No restocking fee will apply. If you wish to order an item other than an even dollar replacement, please place your order via the normal order process.
If you are returning your item due to a change of mind or your error and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. Retocking fee will be 20% of the order price.

Damaged shipments:
Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier.
Should your shipment appear to be damaged or opened when you receive it, check the contents in the presence of the driver.
Report any discrepancies and file a damage claim with the carrier at that time.
Recording damaged shipments is the responsibility of the customer, you must have the driver note all damages on the freight bill before you sign for the package.
Save all packing materials your order was shipped in, until your claim is settled.
